Bailey & Ehrenberg Opens Pennsylvania Office

Bailey & Ehrenberg has opened a new office in West Chester, led by attorney William T. Wilson, who has been practicing law in Chester County since 1984.

The new office brings together Wilson’s decades of ERISA experience, with the strong employment law reputation of the attorneys at the firm’s headquarters in Washington.

“No one in West Chester has the depth of experience that Bailey & Ehrenberg brings to employment and ERISA law,” said Wilson. “With attorneys in Washington, D.C., and in Chester County, Bailey & Ehrenberg offers clients unmatched advice and legal representation far beyond what other local county firms are able to provide.”

“Having grown up here, it was always my aim to be able to serve the people of Chester County,” said James Bailey, the firm’s co-founder. “There’s nobody in the county that can match the breadth and length of Bill’s employment law experience. And he is also a retired Army Colonel, so he fights hard for our clients.”

Clients of Bailey & Ehrenberg’s West Chester office benefit from the firm’s nationally recognized employment law practice, which recently earned top recognition for “Best Law Firms” in the 2018 edition of U.S. News & World Report – Best Lawyers. The firm received a National Tier 1 ranking for its ERISA litigation practice, and also received recognition for its Bankruptcy practice. Several of the firm’s attorneys also received recognition, including Kermit Rosenberg and Jeffrey Cohen.

“Over the years, Bill’s work on behalf of our clients in litigating minimum wage violations, bonus and commission disputes, harassment, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenants, ERISA, and a variety of employment contract issues is without peer in Chester County,” said Jason Ehrenberg, the firm’s co-founder.

“It’s been exciting to connect with new clients and offer them the benefits of our capabilities, skills and experience, and to continue the firm’s tradition of delivering for our clients in West Chester,” said Wilson.
